Enter the organization workspace and open Providers → Integration. Choose TouchSMS, ClickSend, or SMSGlobal, then supply the credentials required by that provider.
Save the integration only after the credential check succeeds. Review the provider summary for sender, balance, billing, or contact information that the upstream API exposes.
ClickSend can register its delivery webhook automatically. SMSGlobal uses a provider notification URL. TouchSMS delivery state can be refreshed from its status endpoint. Confirm the setup required by the selected provider.
Open SMS → Quick SMS, select the connected provider and approved sender, then send to a number you control. Do not begin with a production audience.
Use message history and delivery logs to distinguish provider acceptance from final delivery. Resolve sender, balance, or destination issues before the connection is added to a campaign route.
