A route can use only provider accounts that are already connected and valid. Review sender configuration, balance, and destination support for every provider you intend to include.
Open Providers → Failover, create a route, and place the preferred provider first. Add one or more backups in the exact order they should be attempted.
Send a controlled message through the primary provider, then repeat through every backup. Confirm provider acceptance and final delivery status where available.
Use a non-production campaign to verify that the saved route can be selected and that its provider order is visible in campaign configuration and reporting.
Recheck credentials, senders, and balance before important sends. Update the route when a provider account or commercial priority changes; do not leave an untested backup in a production policy.
