Messaging dashboards become useful when they answer operational questions: Did the campaign finish? Which provider handled the traffic? How many messages were delivered, are still pending, or failed? What did the send consume? Which failure needs action?
IntelliSend combines campaign reporting, usage and cost views, provider distribution, and message-level delivery logs so those questions can be investigated without treating one headline percentage as the whole story.
A campaign moves through states such as draft, scheduled, queued, processing, sending, paused, completed, failed, or cancelled. A “low delivery rate” means something different while a campaign is still sending than it does after all available delivery receipts have arrived.
Review the campaign state first, then the message outcomes. Separate provider acceptance from carrier delivery, and keep pending messages visible until their final status is known.
Provider distribution matters when a campaign uses round-robin or failover routing. If traffic unexpectedly concentrates on a backup provider, the route may have recovered correctly while also exposing a primary-provider problem. That is an operational success and an investigation signal at the same time.
Usage and cost should also be compared with destination, sender, and provider behavior. The cheapest nominal route is not automatically the best route if it creates more rejects or slower final delivery.
Use reporting to make a specific change: validate a sender, adjust a provider order, clean an audience, change a schedule, or investigate a recurring carrier result. Analytics creates value when the next campaign is safer because the previous campaign was understood.
