An order event needs to be connected by your application or integration. The SMS API and delivery webhooks support that workflow; this page does not imply a ready-made connector for every ecommerce platform.
Customer replies need an eligible two-way number. A business-name Sender ID cannot receive replies. Choose the right sender before asking customers to respond.
